SIM SWAP, DON'T BOTHER
sim swap is a waste of time. The agents ask you questions like when was the last time you recharged, how much balance do you have left, which no. did you call the most? All the questions that normally you dont keep answers for since you dont anticipate that you will lose your sim card or that its suddenly going to get damaged. They should save money on call centre agents for that service and direct customers to walk in for sim replacement at the cell c branches.
