Sim Swap

Absolutely disappointed with the service. Yesterday around 4pm I phoned to get a sim swap since my phone got ******. After almost a hour they told me that the process is done and I have to wait about 4 hours for the sim to be activated. It is the next morning and it still says no service. I phoned again and not only is the sim card not activated yet, but they also did a sim swap with the number I phoned them from instead of the ****** number after I explained my phone got ****** and which number to swap. At this point I am not even sure if the ****** phone sim is blocked yet since they are so unclear with what they are doing. Not only can I not get into any of my accounts right now but they are also leaving chance for my accounts to be hacked.
