Sim swap

So in February my cell c sim just stopped working,it gave an error "sim not registered" i was then advised to do a sim swap. The 4th of March 2022 i phoned cell c customer service and did that sim swap,the agent i spoke to confirmed that it was successful. Because i use that sim card as my second sim and at that stage i didn't have a phone to put it in i didn't check if it was done. It was only 3 weeks later when i bought a phone when i realized that actually the sim card was unsuccessful. I enquired about that again with cell c customer service via facebook. I told them the whole story and they said there isn't a sim swap done on that number according to their records, i asked to listen to the call recording of that day so that i can get my sim swap done. I was promised to be contacted on the 14th of April. I was never called. I moved on to twitter i again had to start the story from the beginning and they promised to contact me on the 28th of April i waited and still waiting. NOTHING! They just told me that their turnaround time is 24hours i will be contacted. I am sitting here with an unresolved query of over a month and no one is willing to assist me
