<p>Today I called the customer service to do a sim swap and they couldn't assist me in any way all they did was to ask me stupid questions .like who still remembers which last number they called and when and how much they recharged their phone. M stressed already about my lost phone and u guys have the odesicty to stress me more about my number</p> <p> </p> <p>Got the worst service ever from cellc</p>

My husband went to cell c and apparently my sim is not registered cz I used the sim before the Rica thing came into existence so they are telling me to go do an affidavit just for me to be assisted. Imagen wat kind of a sick game is that .if u guys can't assist just say so I'll move to the other network
