Sim swap

<p>Hi</p> <p>can i please get assistance i have been call the call center since from last week but nothing yet i updgraded to a new phone which uses a neo sim card and my previous phone uses mirco sim i hva ebenn transfered to numeroues people but no help to get ny new sim activated one of the agent said they need a Rica serial Number which i dont have and she said she can't help me can i please get some one to help me .regarding activating my sim card </p>
