SIM SWAP

My phone didn't want to read my sim card, so i had no choice than to do sim swap.r i bought a sim card and called the call centre for a sim swap. they sent me from pillar to post ( I've been sent to Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Pep, boxer to buy the unricard sim card which i did not get. so i finally got the unricard sim card and the agent by the name of TUMELO MOTINI said that she can not help me as the number is in no use for a month. so i requested to be credited my aitime and bundles but she said i can not get the back..... but she can see the balances of all those things... its worse coz im still using the number for my whatsapp so i do not know what will happen with my whatsapp account. my airtime and my bundles to be credited as i was given wrong information by the agents.<br>
