Sim Swap
Good Day<br> <br> I got a Data contract with you guys and for the past few months my signal keeps dropping then comes back or there is no data service for days. <br> <br> Cell C Klerksdorp told me that there sim has crashed and they need to do a sim swap. Why do I need to pay for a swim swap if the sim is the problem? Should this not fall under the warranty and get replaced fro free? I had to pay R114 for something that is not my problem? <br> <br> I hope I will get a response back today and not in years time. <br> <br>
