Sim swap

I spoke to a consultant yesterday at 1pm regarding the activation of my new sim card in my upgraded handset. She advised me that it would take 8 hours and that I would receive an sms when it has been done. It is how 9:45am and I am still waiting, so thats almost 20 hours later....<br> I also find the response time of cellc very poor with regards to emails sent.<br> <br> Regards<br> Ronnie<br> ***<br> <br>
