After days of struggling to migrate my old number onto my new contract phone sim, I was fortunate (pun intended) to get to speak to Fortunate Les**** from the Cell C escalation desk. She phoned back within an hour and resolved the matter within 2. Now that's what I call Service Excellence. Thanks Fortunate, you made my Day!!
