Sim Swap

REFERENCE ***<br> <br> Right now i have a good mind to return the handset deliverd yesterday back to Cell C and let my current crontact with them expire by effluxion of time. I was promised yesterday evening after calling 084 140 that someone was going to call me within 6-8 hours to finalise the sim swap,since i was givin a phone with a small slot for simcards and my I m still using the old simcard. After two calls to Cell C again today, no one has called me and i can't use the phone.<br> <br> What annoys me the most is that Cell C still sends me an sms saying that I'm due for an upgrade just now while they can't do my sim swap on the already upgraded.
