SIM SWAP

I have requested Cell C for a sim swap on my contract phone since Tuesday evening. I have made several calls to them since and everyone I speak to keeps on saying someone will call me with feedback about activation. To this day, no one has called me and as it turns out, the people I was speaking to all along did not even save my alternative number for in case they actually call. I am very dissapointed at the fact that a sim swap should not even take hours to be activated yet with CellC i have lost all hope. My life is literally on hold because I have to wait for a call that i might never receive. I am due for an upgrade with CellC but this is really dissapointing and i am even considering cutting all the ties with CellC. My alternative number is *** and the reference for my call is ***.
