Sim swap

Good day <br> <br> I have logged a call yesterday 12 March 2015,with regards to a broken simcard cell number *** ref number ***.I consultant called me this morning as agreed but along our conversion the line cut, the consultant never bother to come back to me to finish our Sim swap process ,they called me on this number *** ,Cell its failing to manage its stuff the only thing they can manage is our money which they take every month, I m waiting now my simcard its off I m not receiving or making calls ,but somebody there at Cell C its waiting for month end to get salary out of our money but we are not getting the services we deserve. <br> <br> Just to do a mere sim swap its taking full two days.
