SIM SWAP

I`m very disappointed in CELL C my pocket router got ****** my son was rob on his matric farewell and I went to my nearest branch which is 20minutes drive away from my place to block the sim.I call the call centre and ask for an upgrade WELL DONE ON THE SALES TEAM EXCELLENT SERVICE delivery was done within 4 days.The frastraustion start when I have to use the home router nobody in CELL C told me you have to pay for a simswap CELL C is the only place that charge they cant explain why does they charge me I have a telkom contract and I never paid for a sim swap.I cant afford that amount of the sim swap,I`m very disappointed in the sim swap
