Sim swap

After using cell c for 7 years, they refused to do a sim swap for me because I only remember 3 of the 5 contacts I last called. I sold my handset and damaged the sim when I transferred it to a new device hence, I have no way I can ever retrieve these. MTN, Vodacom and Telkom, who wants me?
