Sim Swap
I was ****** of my phone and almost hijacked in December. So I got a new phone and a sim card and we have been trying to get hold of Cell C Contract Department to do a sim swap but to no avail, every time we call, we get the same story by customer agents that the Contract Department will get back to us the next day. it’s been 2 weeks now! We need to do a Sim Swap URGENTLY PLEASE!
