Sim Swap

My cell phone was pick pocked in Wynberg, I went to a Cell c store in Wynberg to do a sim swap the store was closed and I went to the Cell C store Cavendish In Claremont, I was told I need to an affidavit at the police station I walked to reach there and to come back and be asked to remember 5 last number I last called the funk ! how the funk must I remember they are on speed dial not on my head, and to asked when was my last recharge Cell I bought from the Somalian shop I don't keep a dairy of the time I go buy, I need my number back to access my email and my WhatsApp as I use my status to sell items, my children are staving as I'm in contact with anybody. The way I feel about your service or your security verifications is tedious and depressing, I'm not in happy mood and I'm broke my Cell cannot give me my number back, I will never recommend cell c to anybody
