Bad costumer service.I needed a sim SWAP on my Cell C number and the security questions are ridiculous.

A security check is mandatory as it helps to protect the customers details against ********** activities.
In order to have the SIM swap processed, you have to pass the security check.
You can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and ID, they will assist with the SIM swap.
