Sim swap
Poor service - can't even do a sim swap over the phone.

21 Aug 2018, 13:31Kindly note that stern security measures have been put in place for Sim Swaps. If a telephonic security check is failed, then unfortunately the Sim swap can only be done on a face-to-face level, which is in store.
