Hi, I lodged a query on Sunday and was called on Monday by a lady named Palesa, I had forgotten my router and sim card at home and agreed she would call meback on Tuesday again to do a sim swap for free. My network at wore gets very bad sometimes, can she please call me back to finalise the matter, I will provide an alternative number Incane network gets bad
