SIM swap
Horrible experience with a consultant and her supervisor by the name of Thabile who seemed clueless and almost rude and doesn't have any superior qualities or whatsoever for a SIM swap , I got 4/5 n it wasn't good enough

Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused. We will address this matter with the relevant department to have this kind of behaviour rectified. You have to get all the answers correct when doing a security check.
We will get one of our team members to assist, alternatively, you can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and identity document. If the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name then you must bring an affidavit.
