Please can a manager call me
I'm very disappointed by service received from your call center. I called on 3 times already and they telling me I got the verification question wrong.
I am heavily pregnant and cannot go to the store given the 2nd variant virus going on... must I put our lives in danger just for swim swap?
I spoke with Pricella and I'm still waiting for a manager to call me back his name is Isaac.

1. First 2 numbers on ID is 87 I said yes
2. How old am I I said 33
3. Have I been a direct of some company and I said no
4. Is my house number 014... I said no
5. Balance on cape union acc... no I don't have a clothing account there
How did I get the above wrong ?
