Sim Swap

Very unprofessional I bought a cellc sim card a week ago cause I lost my phone...

So cause I'm working all the time I didn't Rica it..I was pressed with time,now it's my only day Off, I went to Maponya mall to do a sim swap.. Two ladies told me they don't have sim cards..I told them I have and I bought it there...I was advised that "it's not in their data base no more so they can't help me"..

So the sim card I bought was for what?,and I believe that they just wanted to knock off since it's Sunday and I came 10 minutes before the shop closes...

I just want to say the stuff you hire is rude and not willing to check on customer's if they are satisfied or not..

Been using cellc for more than 5 years and honestly I don't know why cause their employees are the worst....
