Sim replacement
Please just put it in writing if you do not want to do the sim replacement for me. You just went quiet on me ,I even went to the branch with as many numbers as I could still they are wrong.There are numbers that I know I called .So please, for me to stop bothering your business just tell me if you don't want to replace it. Your response will be highly appreciated.

12 May 2022, 17:26I provided the last dialed numbers I am sure of.Then I was told to provide date of last recharge which I don't remember I only know the amount and received calls in place of the dialed that I managed to gather. Should I come to your head office so you see me in person and verify that i match the person on my ID.I have given myself time to gather what I could and it is not what you want .So to avoid the ***** you mentioned please give me the address I should come to ,the contact person .As I have already stated most of my important things are attached to that number ,otherwise I would have just gotten another one.
