Sim not Active

I bought two sim cards last week, it's been Rica and everything, and it's still not active... NO contact numbers on the Cell C website can help me with this, they want me to go to PEP stores and I don't think they will help me.<br> <br> SO what can I do to get my new cellphone numbers and get the Sim activated that should have been done already?
