Sim contract gone wrong
I took a simcard contract with them for data. Now they are debidting on the days I didn't agree to them. The amount I signed up for was R165 now its R175 they have debited 3 times this month yet, I have tried to contact them mentioning the fact that I'm unemployed. All they had to say was I have to pay R1500 for commitment, like with what money? What's worse is today they debited the R175 from a R200 I borrowed from someone because I don't have anything. I'm so disappointed and drained if y'all could terminate this contract I'll never get close to Cell C thank you😭
