Sim cards not working
Can I PLEASE get assisted with these sim cards.
I have a contract with Cell C. The phone uses two sim cards which I pay for monthly. Since the beginning of January both sims are not working!! One says "No Sim Card" and the other says " Emergency calls only". Now i must go pay for these faulty things?? I cant use my data, airtime, sms's that I have paid for.
This is such an inconvenience!!!
How do I solve this???

What happens when you insert the SIM cards in different handsets or handset? Do you get the same messages?

22 Jan 2020, 15:59Alright, your SIM cards might be faulty and a SIM swap would be the solution. You can visit your nearest Cell C store for assistance or you can get unregistered SIM cards and let us know, we'll assist with the SIM swap.
