Sim card unreachable for over 2 months

Over 2 months ago I ported from mtn to cell C. I realised a week later that my sim did not receive calls or messages. I contacted customer service a number of times but they could not assist me.I went to the store twice with no luck still.<br> Yesterday I performed a simswap with hope that the number would be active as I was once advised to do so by one of the consultants.<br> Its been over 12 hours and the number is still inactive.
