Sim card replacement/ activation
I have had the cell c contract for sometime now and it was Ok until I move to a city where there is no cell c and its difficult for me to get help as i lost my sim in March and never got it activated woth numerous calls. It’s time for me to end my contract and willing to pay whatever amount is left so I can be off their network because I can not get help as I need in the city i now live in. All 3 sim cards are not working but I am still charged for it. Please help me

10 Oct 2024, 09:05I have made the payment as per latest statement and closing the account. Please may i receive the proof. What shocked me on the statement also is how the amount deducted monthly never changed when i had finished another devise term.
Also when i spoke to someone from cell c yesterday apparently there is a different amount i should be paying and this to me is unfair and unacceptable because all the amount should be disclosed on the statement.
I tried to make sense of monthly deductions compared to what I am getting, and there is no decrease when the other device was in full term.

In September/ early October i settled the Cell c account and i have been waiting for confirmation of this only for them to send me a statement saying I owe them some money as of November. Can someone resolve this urgently? A lady called me confirming to have recieved the money. What is this? Can I get my zero statement urgently
