Sim card purchase.

Cell C Cresta has the worst customer service ever. I went to purchase a sim card to do sim swap since I lost my device and they told me and I quote "do you expect us to run around the mall like headless chickens to look for change for you", we cannot sell the sim card to you. I was then sent back because they didn't have change. I am porting to another network because I am so disgusted.

No I was not assisted, they didn't have change so I couldn't do a sim swap. No one was willing to assist. Thank you for your response, however , I am on the porting phase now.
