Sim Card not working in blackberry

On Saturday i port my number to Cell C in store and the gentleman that helped me said i should wait 24 hours which i did, he also said to me that i should load airtime to activate my card. On Sunday my old sim card said no service so i took the new sim card and put it into my blackberry. once i have done that i tried loading airtime and it said (Supplementary Service Error) i tried dialing customer care and it said (No Service currently available) I took my other sim card and put it into the blackberry and it works perfect. Then i took the sim card that was ported and put it into my sons blackberry and still it doesn't work. When i put my sons sim card into my blackberry it works. Its only the sim card that was ported that doesn't work in any blackberry, but it works in all the other phones. Other sim cards work in the blackberry. Now they want to tell me there is a problem with the phone. How can there be a problem with the phone when other sim cards work in there. CELL C IS VERY IN COMPONENT. I JUST WANT TO USE MY BIS ON THAT SIM CARD THEN I WILL BE MOVING TO ANOTHER NETWORK. I CAN LOOSE MY NUMBER ITS OKAY.
