Sim card not working

Hi I am using cell simcard , this sim card is messed up, I have been using this sim card for a long time now last with my simcard was not working.I had to do simswap. After a week my simcard is nt working. This number is important to me. I cannot afford to buy other simcard it might be R10 buy to me I do see its value . I am tired of this can someone sort it out I am not without a phone. Respond to me via my email address.

I am now thinking of going to another service provider anyway your customer service agents are not eve competent at all.

Please contact me regarding this matter I have lost 2 days now without my phone am lost. Do something about your simcard this is not on or accepted at all.
