Sim card not receiving calls
Morning, I really received a bad service from the above mentioned company. My sim card has been offline for 3 days, I've been sending e-mails but it didn't help. As I write this my sim card does make outgoing calls and also can't receive any calls but I can access the internet, please Cell C do the right thing

27 Jan 2026, 18:16Afternoon, I received a call from Cell C and the matter was resolved. However the very same problem started few hours after being resolved, I'm now back to square 1. Cell C, can't u solve this problem or what? It has really inconvenienced me, if you continue with this problem I'll have no choice but to leave this network. I can't take this anymore

Afternoon, I received a call from Cell C and the matter was resolved. However the very same problem started few hours after being resolved, I'm now back to square 1. Cell C, can't u solve this problem or what? It has really inconvenienced me, if you continue with this problem I'll have no choice but to leave this network. I can't take this anymore
