Sim card horror

<p>My contract number ********** 207, has been deactivated because my contract has ended end of june by cellc. When i call them to activate my number they tell me that my number/contract has been taken in a autopage or glo cell store. Where else im the owner of the contract tells them that i took 3 contracts with cellc n my contracts was done with cell c direct, as usual the *********** customer service and numerous others have not assited me. This is the reason i will never upgrade my contract with cellc again... As a loyal paying customer i am disgusted by the service i recieved. The agents at the call centre just hung up... Mr sphamandla mtshali was of no help. And transfered to another department which got no help n was hung up there after. Please cellc look in to this...thank u unhappy customer.</p>
