SIM CARD *****

SIM SWOP *****, be careful. Got an sms from Cell C yesterday that a sim swop has been requested, immediately called and told them its **********. DO NOT PROCEED. This morning I get ANOTHER SMS, called Cell C within 10 minutes and told them its ********** DO NOT PROCEED. 2 hours later my number is disconnected. They did the sim swop anyway. They got an email and 2 calls from the ******** and did the ********* bidding - not mine! Now I had to block all my bank accounts and I have to go to the banks and to Cell C proving it's me with ID, proof of address etc. But the ******** can get a sim swop done just like that. And I'm still waiting for the promised call from Cell C ***** department!

a few hours later CELL C CALLED: they said it was not *****, one of their consultants made a mistake !! They did another sim swop - and my number was there??? - so they did a sim swop . Now they want ME to go buy a sim card, Rica it, and wow - they wont charge me! Told them they made the mistake, they should deliver the new sim card to me, at no charge!
