Sim card disaster

I'm having a problem with Cell c, I opened a data sim card contract with them the asked them to port the new sim card number to my prepaid number- instead of them doing that they changed my prepaid number- I don't even understand why because I never at any point asked for my prepaid number to be changed all I wanted was for my new sim card number to be ported to my prepaid number which I have used for years- now when I call the call center they keep transferring me from one department to another and in some instances they have hung up ? I am so frustrated and have lost all hope in cell c as my prepaid number being changed has made me lose out on business and my social life has suffered as I now have two new numbers that no one knows and Cell C is just not willing to rectify their mistake.
