Silvia - Worst Customer Care Consultant

<p>I called in a few minutes ago to enquire about a contract which was taken out by my Fiancé for me from Cell C. Silvia explained that I cannot enquire about the contract and she needs to speak to the account holder. I fully understood that so I went on to ask her a general question but she kept on speaking on top of my voice asking for the account holder. When I asked for her name and mentioned I will lay a complaint she was ever so willing and said go ahead. Coming from a retail environment that is pathetic customer service and the irony behind it is calling Cell C Customer Care when no care or concern is shown. Deeply disgusted vybthe service and attitude of the consultant.</p>
