Signed NO contract but being billed for one

MMM Capital contacted me to say that CellC had listed me on ITC and that I was to pay an outstanding amount of R289.96 immediately. Also the letter from MMM says I will only be listed on ITC if payment is made as per their letter dated 7/8/15 - but Mrs Ramsamy emailed to say I was already listed.<br> I was a staff member at CellC a number of years ago, left the company and also had my mobile cancelled. <br> Now after receiving the email from MMM and checking my bank statement, CellC have taken funds from my account every month since I had resigned from the company. There is no contract or signed documents allowing them to do so, and they want to put me on ITC for their own errors.<br> <br> CellC, I think you owe ME money for not converting my contract to a prepaid number as required, and falsely debiting me for almost 3 years!
