Signed contract for 3 phones for 24mths
2 phones @R169pm for 24mths with Davenport Cell C in Durban and 1 phone @R349pm for 24mths at Cell C at the Pavallion.. Cell C started billing R10.00 extra from February 2015 for each of the three contracts that was signed. <br> If I sign a contract for a fixed amount monthly for 24months then I feel cheated if they start charging the extra R10.00 per phone.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
