Signal woes affecting patient care

I am a medical doctor employed at Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Pretoria. The lack of a universally accessible computer system means that I use my phone most of the time to access patient records and blood results. However to do this I need reception, which is painfully absent from our facility. I recently joined Cell C ( Feb 2017) and reported this issue to them within the first week of being a new subscriber. We, as there are many health care providers who have the same problem, are still waiting for the 'device' that was promised that would be installed to improve reception. I have now reported this three times to the company's technical department. Could you please do something Cell C? If I don't have proper reception this affects my ability to render proper patient care in a timely manner. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
