Signal so bad

<p>Hi normally I would call the customer line for something like this but my cellphone signal has become so bad where I live that the call keeps dropping! The signal used to be okay but for the last week and a half it has deterioratedso badly I can't even make a phone call from home anymore, not even to Cell C. I do not live in the bushes I live in a fairly decent built up place and my neighbour who uses one of your competitors has no problem with signal. Please if someone could contact me (email as calls are not easy) to assist or give advice for my problem I would really appreciate it. </p>
