You have an obligation to ensure that you have coverage in the areas you claim to cover. We entered a mutual contract that I will pay for your services and you will provide cover in the areas as claimed. I seize to see why I should walk around my house to try and maintain a conversation on Cell C. Your coverage in Ravenswood, Boksburg, 2nd Avenue is extremely poor. You were also notified and you have blocked the SMS's I received for adds for services costing R2 per day. Why am I receiving these SMS's now again after 12 months. If you will not deliver as per your coverage and agreement, I will not hounour our contract and stop payment.
