Signal issues and not caring about customer needs

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have been a Cell C user for over 4 years now and it has been the most terrible 4 years. You constantly struggle with signal loss, dropped calls and sometimes when the call dose not drop it starts to sound as if the other person is pouring water on the receiver of their phone where they can hear you clearly however all you hear is something that sound like a waterfall. Myself and a couple of Cell C users has complained about this multiple time to Cell C however nothing is being done to rectify this issue. When you ask them to assist you with this all you get is a "switch on your roaming and connect to another service provider" If i wanted to use another service provider I would have opened a contract there and not at Cell C </p>
