Signal issues

Never never have signal or data. Home, work or driving in car. Cant make any calls or whatsapp calls and when I do have signal the call drops or line very bad.

This has just gotten worse. I will not renew my cell phone contract Im even considering buying myself out of the contract thats how bad it is.
