Sigh.....really, how difficult can it be???
After numerous times of calling cell c between 20:00 and 22:00 my SIM swop hasn't been initiated yet, and the last person I spoke it, his name was Keith dropped the phone on me and didn't even bother to call me back. All I want is to do a sim swop as I now have a new sim please. How difficult can that be please
