Sies again Cell C
After apologising on Hellopeter.com after my previous review, it is now a week after CellC's second failed attempt to deliver my phone and nothing has happened yet. Someone from CellC called me yesterday, 20 April, asked a few questions and said she'll call me back in a few minutes. It's a day later and I haven't heard a thing yet.

21 Apr 2022, 16:33What kind of response it that? I suppose I can be glad they didn't apologise again. Cell C has all my details and about 10 different case numbers. Someone from head office called me soon after my review on Hellopeter was published. She then put me through to the follow-up department, where yet another follow-upper asked me a few questions, put me on hold and never surfaced again. The automatic service rating request was the only thing that diligently popped up at what must have been the end of the follow-up call. Cell C is more useless than all government departments combined. And that certainly takes some doing.
