sick of the disgusting service

Good morning,

i settled my cell c account last year i contacted cell c and they promised this would be removed from my ITC score and up until today 6 months later its still showing on my profile i did numerous follow ups emailed Nicole and she is ignoring me , i am fed up now , if you guys are refusing to close this account can you please pay me back my R4000 because this is showing on my account as if i cannot pay its making my life difficult because o cannot be approved for a house or car because of this the paid up letter has no purpose if this is still showing on my account this is the 4th time I'm complaining on hello peter but nobody is helping me anyone reading this can you please give me advise on what i can do
