Sick of cell c

Once again having problems with cell c. Have paid each month the contract we have with cell c and the accounts department still can't do the job correctly, from December 2021 they keep saying that we owe them money and each month have paid and also emailed the proof of payment to them. When is someone in the accounts department going to do there job correctly. I am now sick of cell c. Cheryl horn
