Sick and Tired of the blame Game and want my money back!

<p>On the 28th of April, Cell C initiated an unauthorised debit order and because of that I was penalised R115 by Standard Bank.</p> <p>The correct dates for the debit order is 30th and because of that R115 which was charged to my account, the money I had put into my account for the debit order for the 30th was not enough and I was charged a further R115 on the 30th for a failed debit order. Cell C maintains the R115 that I was penalised on the 28th of April is not their fault and the bank of course says it's cell c's fault because they wouldn't penalise me if a transaction did not take place! So, in total I had penalties of R230 plus an extra R70 that cell C charges for a failed debit order.</p> <p>I am just tired of this whole situation and want a refund!</p>
