Sick and Tired of never having any signal!!

I have a contract with Cell C which Im totally regretting!! I never have any signal. My calls are always dropped. My mobile will be next to me never ring yet minutes later I get missed call notifications. I struggle to go on the internet as there is never any signal. You provide so many savings, more value for rand, but whats the point of paying less if you never get to use the service. Your signal sucks. Vodacom is way better. Even Telkom mobile has signal. Im not the only one experiencing this family members and friends complain about the same thing. If I didn't have this contract which costs me thousands I would go to another network. You encourage more people to join, run promotions, yet you don't improve your network. Your service sucks!!!
