Sick and tired of cell c

Sick and tired of cell c. They keep taking money from my account and no-one can give me a straight awnser. My contract stopped in September. Then I got told I didn't pay the last month. That I did. Then they told me someone took a handset out on my name??? And I have to go into cell c shop to get the contract. I went to the cell c shop just to get told I do not have a handset on my contract. Now I get phoned again this morning and now we back to square 1, with them telling me I didn't pay the last month. In the meantime my account just gets debited for 6 months now. 6 month???? What the hell??? I am sick and tired of cell c *****ing my money and nobody can work out what is wrong. No-one has any idea what is going on in this company. Nobody has an idea what is going on in my account. And I just have to pay, pay, pay. I want my money refunded! Contact me on *** and don't let a idiot that doesn't know anything phone me. Can a damn manager phone me and sort this out

i dont know how long it takes to get feedback but nobody phoned me yesterday, sunday is the last day of the month. then cell c is just going to charge me again, this is another month of cell c *****ing my money and not doing anything about it, and me as the client that is being wrongfully billed just has to handle it? more banking costs in my account, but you dont care right? its not your bank account ot your name being smeared, you have pushed my bank account into the minus and i am unable to use my own banking card because of cell incompetence. i wonder how you guys would have liked it to have your bank account in the minus?????

i am still waiting on my money to be repaid, i send emails yo cell c and get no response, they have found out that the money has been **********ly deducted from my account but when i ask when my money is goin to be paid back, no response. this has been going on for a year now, yes. A YEAR!!!!

i want someone to contact me ASAP before i go lay a ******** charge against Cell c and ask for compensation.

I WANT MY MONEY THAT YOU STOLE BACK!!!!

my number is *** and i will be making this case end of next week if my money is not paid back to me

this is for the year i got charged **********ly for a handset i never took out, and for the extra fibre line i got charged for **********ly for over a year and all my bank costs for this 2 years

still no reply, useless is cell c
